What exactly is a chipotle, you ask? Good question! A chipotle (chiPOtlay) is a smoke-dried jalapeno chili pepper. Many people hear jalapeno pepper and think this is very hot, but in our Chipotle Grilling and Dipping Sauces, it produces more of a smoky pepper taste, just enough spice to give it a kick, without burning your tongue off!
How can you cook with our Chipotle Sauces? You can use them on the grill, on top of baby back ribs, with salmon, with pineapple or ???. The combinations are as varied as your imagination.
